The Pharaoh Shimmies Festival is proud to provide an inclusive and welcoming platform for national and international dancers, soloists, groups, teachers, professionals, Rising Stars, and emerging artists to perform and share their passion for dance with a global audience.

The festival’s Opening Gala show promises to be an unforgettable experience, featuring a spectacular lineup of performances that will leave the audience in awe. This is your chance to shine alongside some of the most talented dancers in the London community and from around the world, and to be a part of an unforgettable celebration of dance and culture.

We welcome dancers of all styles and genres to participate in our festival, and to share their love of dance with our global community.

Whether you are looking to gain performance experience, network with other dancers, or simply showcase your talents, our open dance stage is the perfect platform for you.

Participants who wish to perform must be registered for at least One Full Day Workshop Package to be able to perform, and if you are registered for a Full Package Workshop then your performance registration fee is included in your package.

I understand that the study of dance has inherent risks and may cause physical injury. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. Attendance in Pharaoh Shimmies London Festival classes, rehearsals, or activities may result in physical exertion and cause unforeseen risks and injury. I hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless Pharaoh Shimmies London Festival, its legal representatives or assignees, and all persons acting under its permission or authority from any liability whatsoever for any and all claims of any nature that may arise out of my attendance in movement classes, rehearsals, or activities to be held at the festival’s venue.

In case of emergency, I give my permission to be transported to a hospital and treated by a medical professional.
My signature is voluntary and implies a complete understanding of this form. By submitting this form, I acknowledge that if I’m hurt or my property is damaged or missing during participation in any activity, I waive my right to maintain a lawsuit against Pharaoh Shimmies London Festival, its affiliates, representatives and personnel.

I grant Pharaoh Shimmies London Festival permission to make video, film, photographs, or any other images of my involvement in Pharaoh Shimmies London Festival activities for promotional purposes only without compensation to me.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Please note that all deposits for Pharaoh Shimmies London Festival are non-refundable. Additionally, a 4% transaction fee will be applied to the total amount paid. This fee will be added on top of your payment

In the event of a medical or other emergency, participants may be eligible to transfer their admission to the following year’s festival. However, this transfer must be facilitated by the Pharaoh Shimmies London Festival management team in order to be considered valid.

To initiate this process, please contact us directly at info@pharaohshimmies.com. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

By registering for the festival, participants acknowledge that they understand and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.”

Force Majeure

Any delay or failure in the performance by Pharaoh Shimmies London Festival management hereunder shall be excused if and to the extent caused by the occurrence of a Force Majeure. For purposes of this Agreement, Force Majeure shall mean a cause or event that is not reasonably foreseeable or otherwise caused by or under the control of the Party claiming Force Majeure, including but not limited to; acts of God, fires, lockdown, viruses spreading, floods, explosions, riots, wars, hurricane, sabotage terrorism, vandalism. accident, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions, labor strikes, obtaining visas for Master Instructors or sickness of said instructors other than those, and other like events that are beyond the reasonable anticipation and control of the Party affected thereby, despite such Party’s reasonable efforts to prevent, avoid, delay, or mitigate the effect of such acts, events or occurrences, and which events or the effects thereof are not attributable to a Party’s failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
